This new build was constructed for a private client in Dubai to a fairly open specification.

Traditionally built, (brick and block).

As such, we were able to design the house and renovate an original rear outhouse in order to incorporate an annexe.

The interior kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were designed, planned and finished by Bosk, allowing greater budgetary control.
