A major internal and external alteration to the dining area. Lancing Prep School was an intricately technical project which involved the removal of a main chimney and external wall on the ground floor. The existing walls above the ground floor were kept in place with scaffolding specifically engineered for the purpose.

Furthermore, we refurbished both rooms and added a new conservatory along with outside walls and railings.
