This new block of 8 flats had to be built to compliment the existing flats on one side and a 1930’s building on the other.

We ensured there was minimal disruption to neighbours and the locality, allowing for this large project (roadside, with cranes) to be completed without the need for any major road closures.

​

The build included solid concrete flooring with traditional brick and block work, and the fitting of an internal lift.
